At Level Playing Field Inc (LPF), we believe that sport has the unique power to bring people of diverse backgrounds together to help create a more just world.

Level Playing Field (LPF) is a not-for-profit (501c3), social enterprise dedicated to improving the lives of young women on both sides of the wealth divide. LPF runs soccer camps for girls aged 14 to 17 in Latin America. Our camps are developed and run by volunteer Student Coaches who work closely with local NGO partners to build bridges with their counterparts across the hemisphere, using sport to empower both groups.

We aim to harness the power of sport by bringing soccer to teenage girls in Latin America who lack access to it in their daily lives. We hope that through our program -- in which talented, committed student athletes from the US become coaches and role models for girls who have not enjoyed the same access to sport -- both groups will take the first steps necessary to achieve more equal, just, and open societies.
